Deep Dive Privacy Policy

This privacy notice sets out how DeepDive interacts with, collects, uses and discloses your information when you enrol and participate in DeepDive courses and programs. It also sets out your rights over your Personal Information and how it will be made available to you when you visit the relevant site, begin the enrolment process, or start the course or program, as applicable, and why we collect certain personal data. This notice also explains the choices that you can make about the way that ISA use your information.


In this privacy notice, “personal data” refers to any material pertaining to a named or distinguishable natural person (the “data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be located, directly or indirectly, especially by reference to an identifier like a name, identification number, location information, online identifier, or one or more characteristics unique to that natural person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.


Such information will be used only for statistical purposes and will not be published for general access. ISA, however, assumes no responsibility for the security of this information.


1. How we collect personal data

DeepDive collects personal data from you when you interact with ISA. This can be through our websites, over the phone, in person, including, without limitation, when you:

  • create an individual user account;
  • request support;
  • register for or participate in a training or event;
  • request information or materials;
  • participate in surveys or evaluations;
  • participate in promotions; submit questions or comments; or
  • submit contents on interactive webpages.
  • Share information via social media links from our website

2. Why we collect your personal data.

We must gather your personal information in order to offer you our services or for correspondence needs. We make sure that the data we gather is only used for this reason.


3. How ISA uses personal data

a. Information relating to your use of DeepDive.

We utilize information about your use of the Site to create higher quality, more beneficial Service by conducting statistical studies of the general characteristics and behavior of our users as well as by evaluating demographics and interests with relation to specific areas of our Site.


We may also use your information to protect the security of our Services and the Site.


b. Personally Identifiable Information provided directly by you or via third parties.

DeepDive will not reveal any of your personal data expressly permitted by you or as specified by you in this privacy notice. We may share and utilize personal data in the ways listed below:

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information. We do not transfer your information to or share it with third parties


4. How we store personal data

We will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner which provides physical, organisational and technical safeguards for all personal data we hold. DeepDive stores information, including personal data, on its own servers and on servers of companies that its hires to provide services. We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.


We will process different forms of personal data for as long as it is necessary and proportionate for the purpose for which it has been supplied and we will store the personal data for the shortest amount of time possible.


5. How we secure your data

In order to safeguard the information it owns or manages, DeepDive maintains its own copy of the data gathered through the platform and has embedded website security controls. A number of privacy and security policies, methods, and procedures are used to achieve this. DeepDive takes reasonable and suitable administrative, physical, and technical precautions to protect the privacy, accuracy, and accessibility of the information it gathers, receives, stores, or transmits. DeepDive cannot, however, promise its complete security.


6. Amendments to our Privacy Notice

DeepDive updates our privacy notice when necessary or in response to:

  • feedback from our community, relevant authority, or other stakeholders;
  • changes in our programmes and/or;
  • data processing or policy changes.

The “last updated” date at the top of this privacy notice reflects when the most recent changes were made. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy notice for any amendments.
